Your South Pass includes a trip to the sea on a boat with a transparent bottom, in order to discover the seabed where coexist dozens of species of multicolored fish at the heart of an aquatic and coral life. This sea trip takes place in the morning or in the afternoon and is a pleasant moment of relaxation.

Back at the wharf, head south to the Atlantic to the village of François which houses the Domaine de l'Acajou. You will visit this famous site which contains the Habitation Clément and its legendary rum dating from the 18th Century. The beauty of the site offers an approach course on the planting of sugar cane, on the means of transport of the time, on the processing of cane in the production unit, and on the manufacture of rum which nowadays has the AOC label - Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée- obtained since December 1996.

Then, you can freely browse the magnificent white sand beaches of the south: Anse Macabou, Anse Grosse Roche, Pointe Faula, Cap Chevalier , Cap ferré, Pointe Marin or the sublime beach of the Grande Anse des Salines forming an arc of a circle and endowed with its surprising Table du Diable, a block of basalt carved by the onslaught of waves to form a plateau cut into the shape of table.
